Southern Norway's new fishing queen

14. August 2023

Tomorrow, Saturday August 12, there will be a christening in the harbor. Sørlandet's new fishing queen will be named "Sille Marie" at quay 3.

There will be an open ship from 12.00 to 15.00 and we hope to see many people on the quay to wish her good luck on her journey at sea. The actual christening will take place at 13.30. Kystmagasinet has written a little about the journey "Sille Marie" to the finished ship. You can read it here:

The Port of Kristiansand is delighted that the new queen of Southern Norway will be named at Quay 3 in the city. Welcome and well met.
