Anders Hustoft

Transport director / Rema 1000

Bio

Anders Hustoft is Transport Director at REMA Distribution and has a strong commitment to efficient, sustainable and data-driven transport logistics.
He works closely with carriers, terminals and internal professional communities to ensure cost-effective and future-oriented transport solutions for the REMA system.
Through his work, he has been central to the development of reporting routines, contract follow-up and strategic initiatives in areas such as CO₂ reduction, rail transport and transport economics.

As a leader, Anders is committed to building competent teams, developing employees, and creating robust organizations that can meet the future demands of logistics and supply chains.
He is known for being structured, solution-oriented and clear in his communication, with a focus on practical and feasible improvements.

Outside of work, Anders is a dedicated cyclist with extensive experience from both Norwegian and international cycling races.
He has cycled the Birkebeinerrittet several times, the Grenserittet, the Tyrifjorden Rundt and the Swedish classic Vätternrundan.
In 2025, he completed the impressive Oslo–Paris stretch with Team Rynkeby, and has also participated in L'Etape events.
Cycling combines his interest in endurance, goal-oriented work, and teamwork – values that also characterize his professional work.

Anders is also a committed Bodø/Glimt supporter and follows the team with great interest.
The combination of strategic leadership, operational execution skills and a strong passion for both logistics and sports makes him a profile that values continuous development, collaboration and long-term results.

Christian Løvaas

CEO / Westport

Bio

Kristian Løvaas is CEO of Westport, a company that operates port terminals in Stavanger and Moss. Together with the Port of Moss, Westport opened Norway's first zero-emission container port in January 2025. Kristian has a background in the Norwegian Armed Forces and the maritime industry, is educated at the Norwegian Naval Academy and holds a Master of Management from BI Norwegian School of Management.

The collaboration contract signed between the Port of Moss and Westport, which includes closer cooperation between the port authority and operator for the development of future port terminal solutions, has attracted interest from several Norwegian ports.

Geir Mosether

Port Manager / Port of Moss

Bio

Geir Mosether is the port director of Moss Havn KF and chairman of the board of Mosseregionens Næringsutvikling (MNU). He has broad experience in logistics, goods flow and strategic purchasing, including as executive director of Vinmonopolet and in leading roles in companies such as BEWI, Nille and Europris. Mosether also has significant board experience from business and logistics, and currently works at the intersection of public infrastructure and regional business development.

Bio

Knut Arild Hareide took up the position of CEO of the Norwegian Shipowners' Association on 1 August 2024. Hareide came from the position of Director of Shipping. He has previously been a Norwegian politician and party leader of the Christian Democratic Party.

Camilla was raised in a sailing-loving family in Western Norway, and has a close and cherished relationship with the sea and its experiences.

Isabelle Ryckbost

Bio

Secretary General of the European Sea Ports Organisation (ESPO) since 01.08.2013. Prior to taking up this position, Isabelle worked as Director of the European Federation of Inland Ports (EFIP) and Senior Advisor to ESPO for four years.

She studied law (University of Namur and KULeuven) and European law (UCL Louvain). Before joining EFIP, she worked in EU Public Affairs for almost 20 years. After a short period in the European Commission (DG Agriculture), she worked in an EU Public Affairs consultancy. In 1994, she started working in the European Parliament as a political assistant and between 1999 and 2009 she was political assistant to Dirk Sterckx, where she was mainly active in transport and port related areas. She is co-author of the handbook "Zo Werkt Europa" (1st edition 2007, 2nd edition 2010, 3rd edition 2015).

Brigadier Morten Lie Andersen

Deputy Commander/Chief of Staff, Norwegian Armed Forces Logistics Organization (FLO)

Bio

Brigadier Morten Line Anderssen is the Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Norwegian Armed Forces Logistics Organization (FLO), a position he has held since May 2024. In this role, he leads joint operational logistics strategies and activities on behalf of the Commander FLO, and leads the joint operational logistics staff.

Brigadier Anderssen's senior career has been marked by positions in joint operations, security policy, support and logistics. He recently came from the position of Director of Department in the Department for Security Policy and Operations in the Ministry of Defence (FD), where he was responsible for crisis management and national military operations. Prior to this, he served at the Norwegian Armed Forces Operational Headquarters (FOH), where he held the positions of Brigadier/Deputy Commander J4 (Logistics) and Deputy Commander for Staff Support.

After graduating from the Norwegian Military Academy in 1992, Brigadier Anderssen's first service was at the Garrison in Sør-Varanger (GSV) on the border with Russia. After graduating from the War College in 1996, he was ordered to the Medical Battalion in Brigade Nord, a unit where he has held positions at all levels, including as battalion commander. He has also served in the Armoured Battalion, the Norwegian Armed Forces Medical Service (FSAN), the Norwegian Army's Weapons School and the Ministry of Defence.

His international service includes Afghanistan as hospital director of the multinational hospital in Mazar-e-Sharif, and as chief of staff of the Norwegian contingent commander in the UN operation in Chad and the Central African Republic (MINURCAT).

Brigadier Anderssen holds a bachelor's degree in military studies, a master's degree in management from BI Norwegian School of Business, and a master's degree in military studies from the Norwegian National Defence University. He has completed the Staff College, the NATO Defense College and the Danish Chief of Defence's Security Policy Course (SIKU).
