Linus Ljungmark has worked in shipping all his professional life and has been CEO of CMA CGM in Scandinavia since 2013. CMA CGM has 4 offices in Scandinavia - Oslo, Aarhus, Copenhagen and Gothenburg, which is the Scandinavian head office. CMA CGM is a French family-owned container shipping company operating in the global arena. Currently ranked number 3 in the world.

Kenneth Johanson has a degree in interaction design from the University of Bergen, he has a background in IT development where he has been Floor Manager at Intellicom and CEO of iDrift Web before entering shipping 6 years ago at NCL. At NCL, he is CTO and responsible for the company's digital strategy. Kenneth sits on the board of SFI Autoship and is involved in several research projects on shipping with freight transport. He is very fond of technology but is careful to use the right technology for the right job.

Trond Tønjum, has extensive experience from the shipping and transportation industry nationally and internationally. Trond has a degree in Business Administration from Scotland. His career started in London where Trond worked for Gearbulk, both as a shipbroker and later commercially with liner shipping globally. He then moved on to Wallenius Wilhelmsen, where Trond held several commercial and business development roles for sea transport, land transport and port terminal operations for 18 years. During his time at Wallenius Wilhelmsen, Trond worked and lived in Norway, China and Thailand. Trond joined Color Line in 2019, first as Sales Director for Cargo, and since 2021 as Executive Vice President with responsibility for Cargo.

Vibeke Moss, Sustainability Manager at Wilson. With a fleet of 130 ships and around 10,000 port calls annually in Europe, we are a major player in the European value chain. Through investment in 6 diesel-electric newbuildings that can be adapted to rotor sails with plans for more investments, projects on the existing fleet, including adapting the fleet to shore power, route optimization and increasing the capacity of ships, we are working to make the existing fleet more energy efficient

André Stiansen, 35 years old from Arendal - Logistics Manager at Morrow Batteries ASA. Morrow wants to accelerate the green energy transition by producing cost-effective and sustainable battery cells in Norway. The company opened Norway's largest battery research center in Grimstad in 2022, where more than 70 experts are researching the next generation of battery cells and materials. In the fall of 2024, production will start in their first battery factory, Morrow Cell Factory, which will be Europe's first large-scale production of LFP battery cells. The talk will highlight the emerging battery industry and associated logistics, and discuss customer needs in the maritime transportation market with a focus on supply, demand and transparency.

With a passion for circular solutions, she is part of a larger team driving the agenda for sustainable initiatives and solutions both internally and together with customers and partners. Bård Reinholdtsen is Director of Planning and Logistics at GE HealthCare's production facility in Lindesnes, Norway (70 km from Kristiansand). GE HealthCare is, among other things, a global market leader in contrast agents used in X-ray, CT and MRI examinations. Earlier in his 25 years with GE HealthCare, Bård led purchasing and finance functions in Lindesnes, Norway and Amersham, UK. Early in his career, he was a supervisor at the Financial Supervisory Authority in Oslo. He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce/economics from the Norwegian School of Economics.

Christoffer is the founder and CEO of Hive Autonomy. A company that robotizes machines using artificial intelligence. He started the company Red Rock when he was a student. The company delivered technology-heavy products to the maritime industry, among others. After the company was sold, he was commercial director of an international technology company before he wanted to rebuild a technology company, Hive Autonomy. Christoffer also sits on several boards and is, among other things, chairman of Maritime Forum South.

Has an MSc in engineering cybernetics from NTNU, Norway. Engedal is the founder and CTO of Optilift, and has over 20 years of experience in industrial research and development, including innovation management, commercialization and business development.

Secretary General of the European Sea Ports Organisation (ESPO) since 01.08.2013. Prior to taking up this position, Isabelle worked as Director of the European Federation of Inland Ports (EFIP) and Senior Advisor to ESPO for four years.

She studied law (University of Namur and KULeuven) and European law (UCL Louvain). Before joining EFIP, she worked in EU Public Affairs for almost 20 years. After a short period in the European Commission (DG Agriculture), she worked in an EU Public Affairs consultancy. In 1994, she started working in the European Parliament as a political assistant and between 1999 and 2009 she was political assistant to Dirk Sterckx, where she was mainly active in transport and port related areas. She is co-author of the handbook "Zo Werkt Europa" (1st edition 2007, 2nd edition 2010, 3rd edition 2015).

Ansis Zeltiņš has a bachelor's degree in maritime transport from the Latvian Maritime Academy and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Salford (UK). Previously, he was chairman of SJSC "Latvijas dzelzceļš" and board member of "Rīgas Brīvostas flote" Ltd. He has gained diplomatic experience in the permanent representation of the Republic of Latvia to the European Union in Brussels, where he worked as a transport advisor. Before this, he was chairman of the board of the subsidiary "LSC Shipmanagement" Ltd. of JSC "Latvijas kuģniecība" and headed JSC "Latvijas Jūras administrācija" (Maritime Administration of Latvia) for more than 9 years.

He has been the CEO of the Freeport of Riga since 2017. Ansis Zeltiņš has been involved in the maritime industry for 20 years now, representing the country in various international maritime industry forums such as the International Maritime Organization (IMO), International Hydrographic Organization (IHO), board member of the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) and head of the Shipping Working Group in the Council of Europe. He has been a board member of the Baltic Ports Organization (BPO) since 2018 and a board member of the Employers' Confederation of Latvia (LDDK) since March 2022. He became deputy chairman of the European Sea Ports Organization (ESPO) in November 2022.

Ansis Zeltiņš is qualified as chief mate on ships of 3,000 GT and above.

Arne Bård Dalhaug is a retired lieutenant general with particularly broad international experience. He has, among other things, been head of the Department of Defense Policy and Long-Term Planning in the Ministry of Defense, Chief of Defense Staff/Deputy Commander of the Armed Forces, Norway's representative to the Military Committee at NATO headquarters in Brussels and head of the NATO Defense College in Rome (NATO's highest educational institution).

From 2016-2019, Dalhaug held a key leadership position in the OSCE's observer corps in the Russian-occupied area of Donbas in Ukraine. Dalhaug is now assigned to the Norwegian Atlantic Committee as a senior advisor, he is President of the Norwegian Defense Association and 1st Vice President of the Norwegian Sports Board. Dalhaug is a regular contributor to Altinget and Dagens Næringsliv. He is widely used as a commentator in the media and regularly gives lectures to various gatherings. Dalhaug is educated at the US Army Command and General Staff College and the US Army War College.

Elise Lindeberg is CEO of the data center company Skygard. She was previously Director of Security at the Norwegian Communications Authority and has been a member of the government's. Total preparedness commission, where digital dependence and vulnerability were important topics.

Rhona Macdonald is the Policy and IMO Liaison Officer for the International Association of Ports and Harbors (IAPH), representing members of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) on various issues affecting ports, including sustainability, digitalization and risk and resilience. Rhona is also a Senior Sustainability Advisor at the British Ports Association, where she focuses on environmental policy issues and shares best practice with UK ports on matters relating to climate change, the energy transition and sustainable development. She is currently developing the BPA's decarbonization programme which includes a decarbonization benchmarking system to highlight UK ports' progress towards reducing their carbon emissions.
